Unlike most companies, we like to make things VERY clear to our customers.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the hosting package that
you purchase from us, anytime in the first 30 days of your contract,
we will refund to you your complete payment.
That does not include the cost of a domain name (if you purchased one
through us).
BUT, we will go further than that. If you decide to cancel your site after 3 or
more months, and you have prepaid us for the year, we will refund you for
the time that you still have remaining on your contract.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of your request.
